Getting Bloodhound signal alert to stop after initial conditions met

Good morning. I have created a BH template that is working properly. The only problem is once the conditions are met the signal alert sounds off on each subsequent bar. How do I get the signal alert to stop sounding off after the initial condition is met?

    Thanks

    Hi Brian,

The alert sounds will happen any time a signal appears. So if your BloodHound system is designed to fire a signal on every bar, then you'll get a sound on ever bar.

You could change your BloodHound logic to reduce the number of bars on which signals appear. Look at the Signal Blocker to see if that helps.

If you must have the signals appear visually on every bar, but only want the alert sound on the first bar of a direction, then you could use two different BH templates on the same chart (add the BloodHound indicator to the chart twice). They would be identical templates, except one is for displaying the signals on the chart, and the other is only for alert sounds. This is more complicated than most people bother with, but it's do-able.
