Toggle Node


The Toggle node provides various ways to cycle a condition on and off.  It offers a cyclical way to extend signals/conditions forward in time, and several ways to turn it off.

Options

On
On the first bar of the chart, the node’s Output will be On.  Thus, equalling the value set in Output > Value If On.

Off
On the first bar of the chart, the node’s Output will be Off.  Thus, equalling the value set in Output > Value If Off.

This parameter determines what the minimum Input value must be to be considered a signal.

 

Input

Force On
A Long signal into the Input will set the Long output to a On state.  A Short signal into the Input will set the Short output to a On state.

Force Off
A Long signal into the Input will set the Long output to a Off state.  A Short signal into the Input will set the Short output to a Off state.

Toggle
If the Long output is in a On state, a Long signal into the Input will toggle the Long output to a Off state.  If the Long output is in a Off state, a Long signal into the Input will toggle the Long output to a On state.  The same is true for the Short output.

No Action
Any signal into the Input will not change the Output state.

Force On
A Long signal into the Input will set the Short output to a On state.  A Short signal into the Input will set the Long output to a On state.

Force Off
A Long signal into the Input will set the Short output to a Off state.  A Short signal into the Input will set the Long output to a Off state.

Toggle
If the Long output is in a On state, A Short signal into the Input will toggle the Long output to a Off state.  If the Long output is in a Off state, a Short signal into the Input will set the Long output to a On state.  Vise versa is true for the Short output.

No Action
Any signal to the Input will not change the Output state.

Reset

Force On
A Long signal into the Reset will set the Long output to a On state.  A Short signal into the Reset will set the Short output to a On state.

Force Off
A Long signal into the Reset will set the Long output to a Off state.  A Short signal into the Reset will set the Short output to a Off state.

Toggle
If the Long output is in a On state, a Long signal into the Reset will set the Long output to a Off state.  If the Long output is in a Off state, a Long signal into the Reset will set the Long output to a On state.  The same is true for the Short output.

No Action
Any signal to the Reset will not change the Output state.

Force On
A Long signal into the Reset will set the Short output to a On state.  A Short signal into the Reset will set the Long output to a On state.

Force Off
A Long signal into the Reset will set the Short output to a Off state.  A Short signal into the Reset will set the Long output to a Off state.

Toggle
If the Long output is in a On state, A Short signal into the Reset will set the Long output to a Off state.  If the Long output is in a Off state, A Short signal into the Reset will set the Long output to a On state.  Vise versa is true for the Short output.

No Action
Any signal to the Reset will not change the Output state.

Output

This sets the Output value when the state is On.

This sets the Output value when the state is Off.
